Thanks to Gappsi we now have a beautiful backyard to enjoy all season. Giuseppe designed the project. The pool and spa are gorgeous. The design and all suggestions by Giuseppe worked out perfectly for our needs and we are thrilled with the results. Greg ran the construction and masonry on the project. “Paul and his crew did an outstanding job with my patio. I Have an old Nassau brick patio that was definitely in need of some attention, and there was also a garden area that was seeping water into my basement. I shopped around and got a few quotes only to have other contractors try and tell me the whole patio would have to be ripped up and new brick put down. My wife and I really wanted to keep the home looking rustic. Paul was able to come in and reuse some of my existing Nassau brick, take care of my water problem and make the patio look original to the house. Paul and his crew were very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend him for any masonry job new or old, and his price was right on also. No over charging or unexpected costs.”

“Champion 1 demolished and rebuilt the entire second floor of our home, while we occupied the first floor. We had no water or other damage even though it rained for many days prior to the closing in of the structure. Their Carprenters did an excelent job of framing which passed inspection by my independent engineer with no punch list. The sheetrock and taping crew's work is impecable, and the painters followed. We purchased our own bamboo flooring, which the carpenter installed with ease. We are finalizing and waiting for our Certificate of Occupancy inspection from the NYC DOB, which our architect says will be "No Problem". I highly recomend the owners and crafts people from Champion1.”

You can tell they're experienced, honest, and fairly priced. Everything is streamlined - no need to go through 5 different people for the construction, design, planning, ect... we spoke to one person throughout the entire job - made things MUCH easier.”

“As a designer, I had the pleasure of working with Prutting and Company on a 4,000 square foot new construction in Larchmont, NY. They were awarded the project after a long bid process with five other contractors–their submission was the most accurate, complete, and clear, plus they followed the submission outline requirements (another example of their professionalism). The project lasted about 14 months–finishing on time and on budget. Dave, Jack & Rick were great to work with, and made the process one of the more enjoyable we have experienced. Always honest, totally straight forward, and with professional management there was never an issue with scheduling or quality control. We're looking forward to our next project with Prutting & Company.”
