Green Goods was able to deliver on the tenant's (GSA, a Federal agency) requirements for sustainable surfaces, while also meeting the building owner's need for affordability. “My husband is a structural engineer and I'm an artist and when we purchased our own "fixer" in a great neighborhood, we were prepared for a lot of unexpected things, but not completely. We were faced with a home that needed plumbing, electrical, HVAC, window issues, a kitchen gut, master bathroom gut as well as general updating and decor. We were given Tim Reid GC number among others and found our salvation. Tim is thorough, professional and a perfectionist. He vetted our sub-contractors and put together a team that was A-1. With Tim's guidance, we have a beautiful, functional home that otherwise could have been a disaster. He was able to to guide us, provided insight and his considerable knowledge to our project. “Ryan is a true artist and clearly takes great pride in his work. He installed a beautiful modern fence for us as well as a spa deck and firepit seating. The finished product is gorgeous and built to last with durable wood and hardware. He had lots of creative ideas about how to meet the specific needs of our project and seemed to enjoy the unexpected challenges. I've not met a more caring and attentive finish carpenter. You wont be disappointed in his work.”
