“We hired EPC to remodel two bathrooms and the entryway to our house in Ventura. Gary and Jesse were upbeat and nice to work with. Their skilled staff were all courteous, reliable, efficient, and non-smokers. They were perfectionists and took pride in their work. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and the price we paid. Our only minor complaint is that the staff were spread pretty thin across EPC jobs, with our project taking nearly 4 months to complete (longer than projected).”

“Giffin & Crane remodeled the exterior and interior of my 1340 sq. ft., 60 year old Santa Barbara Cottage. Although I had heard of G & C, it became quite clear that their reputation for the highest quality work preceded them. This became evident from day one as I witnessed the positive interaction of G&C employees and sub- contractors. While there certainly were less expensive options I trusted G&C's professionalism and expertise. They had realistic deadlines which they met. They made revisions as necessary, with my approval. I was advised on every step of the way and was never surprised by any budget revisions, particularly since I was the one that approved them. For example, I was not satisfied with the Kitchen as originally planned. G&C gave me several options with specific budgets and time lines to chose from, incorporating things that I had requested. I always felt that my opinion was respected and that in the end the decisions were ultimately mine. Together we created a labor of love and a little jewel that I cannot wait to come home to. In the end, it was evident that I was as important to them as someone else with a project four times the size.”
