They redid my family room, my main bathroom and are know doing my kitchen. They go out of their way to do little extra things that I have requested. “I am in the process of building a modern Arts and Crafts house, which is going very smoothly. From what I have observed, the teams of workers - basement, framing, roofing - have all worked well and quickly, and speak highly of Derek. Derek and I meet regularly to assess what is next for deadlines and within budget, and he patiently answers/explains my many information requests. ( We have known each other now for two and a half years in getting this whole project going.) Workmanship is excellent quality based on Derek's experience in housebuilding from start to finish and organization of the worker teams so everyone always knows where to go, when, and there is never a dull moment at any work site. I would be very pleased to highly recommend Buffalo Bungalow - in fact, my sister and brother in law will be using Derek for a future project.”

“Mike Harrington is a contractor who would be described with three words: quality, integrity, and intelligence. He has worked inside and outside our home- roofing, building a second floor, and interior remodeling. He provides a detailed quote, an accurate timeline, and a list of supplies and tasks. He and his crew are respectful, clean, talented, and leave the job site neat and cleaned each day. Each problem or challenge he faced was explained to us. He came up solutions every time and often had to reverse substandard work that had been done prior. I trust his word, respect his talent and find his prices to be very reasonable. “F&D was a breeze to work with. We were replacing old wood windows, and wanted to match styles, colors & stain finish to what we had - both indoor and outdoor. They guided us towards a perfect match of Andersen windows. The price quote was extremely fair, and aside from us providing a sample piece of molding (for color-matching), they took care of EVERYTHING. They even created a nicer outdoor trim than what we had -- yet it still matches the house's style. The installation took a day or two longer than we anticipated (slight communication error between us and them for what to expect. we thought it was a 1 day project). The installation crew were prompt, polite, clean and careful -- and cheerful! They gave us a summary each morning and afternoon so we knew exactly what was on their to-do list for the day, and what was left to do at the end of the day. No surprises. Great quality work, and beautiful windows. Would definitely recommend them.”
