“RC Construction was was our lifeline to completing our lakehouse. We had an extremely difficult situation, where our previous contractor walked on the job and Ricky Self and his team came right in, got the project going again and the final product was beyond what we imagined. “Scott and Laurie Redfearn are an absolute dream to work with! My husband and I spent 2 years working with Scott on customizing our house plan until it was exactly what we wanted. Scott was patient, knowledgeable and creative with us. Once we began construction, Scott and Laurie were always available for meetings and progress reports. They kept us informed about our budget every step of the way. If we asked for something over our initial contract, they were upfront with us about the cost to make the change or upgrade so that we could make an informed decision on whether or not the change was worth it! “After interviewing several different custom home builders, we chose Burnett Construction, of Yantis, TX, to build our lake house, and they were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. They came highly recommended by numerous previous clients, architects, and other professionals in the community, so we were confident they could deliver a quality product! They were extremely easy to work with, very positive and friendly, very knowledgeable regarding every aspect of the construction process, as well as being great communicators and keeping us constantly informed on all important issues. Above all, they were very trustworthy and honest. The only issue that we weren't thrilled over was the time it took to complete the project, which ran over schedule, but having built 9 homes, we knew this was a potential/probable issue that could be encountered with any builder. Now that our home is completed (and gorgeous!!!) Burnett Construction continues to stand behind the finished product, and they have been very accommodating when it comes to working on punch list items, or any problem/issue we might find.....they want each of their clients to be completely satisfied! “We hired Danny to remodel our kitchen. From the initial interview to the final touches Danny was the epitome of professionalism. All changes were met with enthusiasm and an open mind. Danny's crews were equally professional and true craftsmen.We installed granite countertops, new lights, ceiling fans, a new farm sink, stove vent, and a four foot stainless steel stove. The cabinets were refinished, new painted walls, drawers were moved and expanded, lots of carpentry work was done.The job was finished on time and Danny and his crews were helpful with suggestions so that we got not only the dream kitchen we wanted but an even better one!
