“MOST Builders & General Contracting provided an estimate that was in-line with other kitchen remodeling companies in the area. The project was to remove current cabinets and replace with new, using relatively the same footprint and to convert a coat closet to a dry bar, including the installation of a shelf for wine bottles and rack for glasses. MOST Builders custom built the new cabinets and installed them, worked with the countertop installer and plumber to coordinate demolition of old and installation of new. Very neat, cleaned up each day after working and removed debris from work site. I also hired them to replace old inside doors with new, including installation of new handles. I would hire them again for any other work needed in my house!”

“Yankee remodeler was called to give a quote to find out how much a leak repair would cost. We had a contract to include taking off siding and to trace the leak. When one of the staff showed up and looked at the job he said it was not the siding but a pipe on the roof. They made the repair and worked great. Cost has 1/3 the original estimate. We had them come pack and repaint the ceiling where the leak had caused paint damage. Still less then the original estimate. They are coming back next month to replace the older windows in the house. I would HIGHLY recommend them.”

“Putnam did a complete restoration of our house including new bathrooms and kitchen, moved some walls around, finished basement as well as adding a new deck. All plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems updated/replaced. Top notch work, highly recommended.”

“Excellent communicators, easy to work with, respectful of our choices, experienced carpenters and sub-contractors. We had structural work done & a new kitchen, two bathrooms renovated, walls, stairs removed & master bedrooom ceiling raised- heating, plumbing systems newly installed. Capable of handling and resolving on going issues that arose on & after renovation was completed. We highly recommend them.”
