“Out of the 4 contractors that I interviewed and explained what I would like in my kitchen, Mike was the only one who knew immediately. He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it. The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. Would highly recommend this company, If you want it done properly and done right Bella Rosa Developments is the choice.”

“Intrigue Builders aka Rob was the guiding force behind a renovation of my home that added a full standing wet bar to my living room area along with converting an empty bedroom into a ‘superbathroom.” As part of a successful trifecta, the outside of my house was recovered with insulation and vinyl siding. Rob organized each tradesperson from a bottomless pit of contacts that he seemed to have. Like any renovation project, mine was the typical journey rather than the destination. Each step of the way, and always driving 12 seconds ahead, Rob found the right balance between making the end product as perfect as it could be, and never losing sight of the big picture, which was how that end product would ultimately make me a satisfied customer.”

“Stone Solutions Inc, was a Fantastic company to deal with. Amer worked on my house, he was professional, and very easy to deal with. He came prepared. I needed some stone work done around my fire place, he came in with samples and showed me what would look good, he had great advice. I hated the way the wall looked before. Now I cant stop staring at the wall and the fireplace. I would definitely recommend Amer & Stone Solutions to whom ever is looking to get any stone work done in or around there house. “Project scope included replacing cabinets, counter tops, sink, floor, entry door, kitchen hood, installed lights and exhaust fan; backyard deck. Wood Buffalo workers are very meticulous regarding small details and thorough clean up. They always paid attention to our feedback and suggestions. They monitored sub contractors very closely to make sure their works comply with our expectations. They were really good in organizing, monitoring progress, problem solving, paying attention to small details, finishing project on time.”

“Bill Young and his team did outstanding repair work on our foundation. They responded to our plea for help right away, working rapidly and efficiently, with an excellent end product at a reasonable price. They are honest, accommodating, friendly and respectful as well as talented! I have hired them twice before to do a whole basement build from scratch, electrical panel replacement and wiring to our garage with equally excellent results. I recommend them highly!”
