Master bathroom and custom kitchen came out stunning. They took care of everything, including design, each stage of the project was carefully managed. “So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“I met Eyal, as he the owner of Excel Construction LA Inc, and got a great service and value for money on my kitchen and bathroom remodeling. After a few months he did a change out to my A.C & Heating unit; which was done in a highly professional way. He took care of everything, gave me many options, and I only had to make the decisions. The work was done in high quality, and as a person who cares about the smallest details, I am very pleased. I highly recommend working with them, great service, good prices!”

“We wanted to remodel the kitchen and my brother recommended calling Pure Builders. He said Pure Builders were real professionals. Their designers were really knowledgeable. They were very careful with the flow of the design. Eli from Pure Builders really listened to what we wanted. We saw the 3D design plan he came up with and we hired them. The design blended with the existing decor of our house. Eli really puts in a lot of effort with the design. When they started their crews were really good. “I have had the pleasure of working with Hybrid Construction on multiple home improvement projects as well as remodels. Whether the project is large in size or small they are always friendly and professional. They offer design recommendations and suggestions as well as preforming the actual work to get the job done. The owner is always responsive to my many questions and takes the time to explain the pros and cons of the various options that are presented to me for my project. When you hire Hybrid Construction for your project you can be assured that the owner will be on the job site on daily basis, not just at the time that you sign the contract. As we all know, this is not always the case w/ General Construction companies. This is 1 major differentiator in my opinion, between Hybrid and other companies. I have been living and working from my home while construction is being preformed. I truly appreciate Hybrid Construction's attention to detail in both the creative space as well as the day to day cleanliness of the job site. To know that my home will be left neat and tidy and the end of the working day is a relief! Hybrid Construction represents a team of honest, reliable, creative and hard working individuals. He was do helpful with the design and great ideas snd his team worked in a very clean manner! Tbe project was on time and on budget. “Wonderful experience with James and Barrybuilt. He helped get plans resolved when our architect dropped the ball and disappeared. I was a novice at remodeling and James stepped in and worked with me and the city. My kitchen, dining room and TV room turned out beautifully and many of the items in the kitchen redo were very innovative. We worked with the latest products to make this kitchen special and in the forefront of design and materials. Great workmanship and so patient and he took the time to explain details. I recommended him to 3 other interested parties in our neighborhood and would gladly work with him again.”
