“Very professional team starting from the sales representative to the installers. We went from an almost non-usable space because of the heat from the sun to a large outdoor space. This pergola is built to last with hardly any maintenance. Would definitely recommend Dream Design Construction.”

“We've had two jobs done by Tom and Bev and been more than pleased with both. The initial job was a remodel of an existing home office/guest room and adjoining bath. Three years later we engaged them again to replace our dilapidated garage with a two story free standing garage/shop and upstairs studio/guest quarters. The latter project has elicited praise from all the neighbors, and many passersby have stopped to inquire who did the work. In both of these instances we were impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of both Beverly the architect and Tom the builder. Bev really listened to our concerns and worked with us to try out different approaches until we found the design that fit our needs and desires for the space, giving helpful advice and pointing out things that we would not have noticed until too late. She shepherded the project through the permitting and inspection process, making sure that no issues with setback or height restrictions arose. Tom was involved in every phase of the construction, dealing with suppliers and subcontractors as well as keeping us informed with daily email updates on progress made, problems encountered, and what the next step would be. He worked with us to achieve our design goals while staying within budget. Living in a construction zone can be stressful, but Tom's crew were great. The guys take very real pride in what the create. They went about their business with a minimum of mess and were always careful to keep the disruption contained. At the conclusion of the garage job we had an open house and invited the carpentry crew and their families. I would not hesitate to recommend Beverly Thomas LLC for one second and have done so many times.”

“This husband and wife team were able to bring to life a powder room I had envisioned but couldn’t make happen. I had seen a sink and pedestal on Houzz and Pinterest that I loved but couldn’t find in the states. They were able to duplicate the design at a reasonable cost and pull together the rest of the bathroom for a complete look. Their communication skills are top notch, their employees were there when they said they’d be there, always neat and cleaning up as they went along.”

“Craftsman Construction provided us with a building experience that was easy and worry free. Jerry was very professional, honest and trustworthy. He was patient with us when we decided to make an aesthetic changes, even after the specified work had been completed. But most importantly, Craftsman's quality is what keeps us coming back to Jerry. “As I began my search for a contractor to do some major renovations on my house, I found the task a bit daunting to say the least. I set aside a couple of days from work and spent them interviewing potential contractors. Nearing the end of the second day, I still hadn’t found someone I was totally sold on, then in walked Kurt Ozbey. I immediately knew he was the one I wanted working on my house. He has a very easy manner and I trusted him from the start. He told me he only does one job at a time and would be at my house every day until it was finished. And that is exactly what he did. Not only is he professional and reliable, he did a fabulous job. I live in a very old house in Georgetown: he knew how to work around all the problems that entails. This was no small job. Kurt and team, completely renovated my kitchen, bathroom, built two closets, replaced three windows, a door and put a toilet in my basement. I now have a brand new house. “Ken and Elite Contractors did a fabulous job on renovating a 2500 sq ft apartment. They Promised 6 weeks, it was done in 6 weeks. They stayed in a very reasonable budget. The quality of the work was excellent. A marble floor was removed, an new tile floor laid, walls moved, baseboard replaced, doors installed, and the entire apartment painted. They managed the constraints of working in an occupied building: the restricted hours, the trash removal, etc. I could not have been more pleased and impressed.”
