“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. Everyone I spoke with/interacted with was so friendly - this experience was a true pleasure. Thank you, Platinum”

“CALL THESE GUYS - I can’t stress this enough! They helped remodel our pool house so that my parents could move in to live with us. They even added some ADA elements so that everything was easily accessible and we don’t have to worry about them so much. My parents love feeling independent but want to be close to their grandchildren. Avi even spoke with my mother to get her input for the design, and she love to brag about him!”

Clarke was very quick to respond to our initial inquiry and kept us informed throughout the process. His estimate was fair, and his workers were prompt and worked quickly. “So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“I have used Superior Construction twice over the last 12 years and both projects have been a wonderful experience. The first project was a remodel of a 1950’s era condo in South Pasadena. Chris always used clear communication, listened to my design ideas & suggestions and helped me in making my decisions by giving me the pros and cons of doing one thing or another. During construction, Chris was always checking on progress with his team to make sure that everything was moving along correctly, and gave me the confidence that I was working with the “best of the best.” The weekly meetings with both his workers and myself kept me completely informed on progress of the work being done. Chris has great expertise in remodeling a home and great communication skills. My second project was a full house in Sierra Madre and I never considered hiring anyone but Superior Construction to help me. As we did on the condo project, we again collaborated together on what was was not a simple project. I was remodeling a small 1950’s house which entailed gutting and rebuilding master bathroom, custom wardrobe in tight space in master bedroom, custom cabinetry for built in daybed/bookcase in 2nd bedroom, designing an open concept kitchen / living room among MANY other things, while also updating electricity & plumbing. Chris is truly an artist with a superb eye for design and aesthetic and Superior Construction is a wonderful and knowledgeable team. Their work ethic and communication skills put them over the top. Whenever the opportunity arises, I always confidently recommend Superior Construction to my friends and colleagues.”

“I had all three of my bathrooms remodeled by Home Accents. Jay created the perfect layout and walked me through the entire process. Each worker that come through my home was exceptionally professional, friendly and skilled at their job. My floors were covered each day, they vacuumed each day along with making sure everything was put away properly. They followed the scheduled perfectly, and there were no major surprises or hidden cost. Out of my four estimates, I am very happy I chose Home Accents. The entire staff was remarkably efficient, helpful, kind which is something rarely found today. This is a very up scaled business with competitive pricing, great customer service and focus on detail.”

“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

PCB and its employees were very good at listening to all our requests. They put in extra effort to make sure we were completely satisfied with all aspects of our home, both big and small. They have a vast amount of experience and were able to assist us in making good decisions. We would recommend this company. We love our new home.”
