“To me a good contractor is judged on these categories, communication, Quoting process, Reliability and Skill. Communication - The communication was always within same day and for much of the time within 4 hours of me asking a question. This level of communication was before the quote, during the quote and after the deposit was paid. He promised to start the first day of work on a Tuesday but weather caused a delay at another job site and he called me the day before to let me know. It was nice to be informed instead of wondering why a contractor never showed up. I was away for a few days, he sent texts and he took pictures to keep me up to date on the progress. Quote process - During the quoting process he made it a point to look take into account all the things that could go wrong due to the condition of the structure underneath since it was hidden until demolition occurred. Thankfully the structure underneath was fine and the price and time he took to complete was exactly as quoted. Reliability - He said he would start work on a certain day and be finished within a week of starting. He started 1 day late but called me the day before to inform me he couldn't make it the next day. Other than that minor change he came as promised, demolished everything and rebuilt everything. As promised, on time and on budget. Skill - Everything looks and feels very solid. Visually it looks great.”

“Chris was helpful and easy to work with. Our project was initially to address a small leak and cracked tub in the basement bathroom, but we quickly realized we’d need to tackle both upstairs and down. The renovations included replacing a bathtub, a shower tub, 2 new toilets, tiling and more. Chris was responsive and easy to get ahold of. The plumber and electrician on the project were excellent. The whole project only took a few weeks and Chris scheduled the work in order to make the downstairs bathroom available early on. We very much appreciate the professional effort.”

“Nice job when all done, I am very satisfied with my new room, I hired Ken to convert my sun porch into a cedar cabin. Now I just have to step out my sliding glass doors into a lovely little cedar all season sun porch. Ken, is thorough, and he has ideas that improve the plan and are worth the extra expense. Now my sun porch is still a lovely porch with big windows all around to take in my lovely mountain view, but it's also a 4 season room which increases the value of my home, and gives me a guest room. I will be calling him back for my next project. Photos enclosed, I'll send some more photos when I have it all set up.”
