“My experiences with Jason McClure have all been extremely positive! He is a true professional and a great person to work with. He has done projects in my parents former home that my niece and her family now live in. He did several projects on site. Electrical, plumbing, insulation, lighting, roofing, painting, tile work, bridge repair and other jobs as requested. He has some wonderful ideas, but always listened to what was wanted and offered his expert advice on what would work best. Jason has done projects for me for the past 3 to 4 years. Jason also did some landscaping work at my home as well as a covered area on an existing arbor. He and his family are wonderful and always will have a positive review from me!! “Bill Tomrose and his entire staff, architech, contractors and suppliers were extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced, dedicated, detailed and very friendly men and women to work with, throughout the 9 months of our kitchen, dining room, family room and downstairs guest bathroom! The end results are way beyond what we could have dreamed!! Bill and everyone kept us very informed and on budget through evey detail. Their knowledge of timing and permit experience really made a difference in the completion of our remodel, Our homes photos are in Bills gallery of photos and they should be seen!:)”

“When we did a major remodel several years ago, Paul Burton was our contractor. He and his team did such an amazing job, there was no question who I would call when I wanted to have some more work done. And just as before, the folks at Burton Design & Construction, LLC as well as sub contractors they brought in did not disappoint. Not only did they do a flawless job, they were a delight to work with. They were professional, polite, responsive to all requests - and delivered exactly what we wanted. They installed new countertops in a very complex kitchen, designed and built a new base for a table, installed a new roof, rebuilt a deck, added backyard lighting, and lots more. They were always responsive to us, kept us and our interior designer informed on status and timing - and they managed last minute changes that we requested without a problem. “Masterstouch Construction was the general contractor for major renovations done on a house my wife and I purchased in West Santa Rosa. The quality of the work was first class throughout. This was not an easy job, since it required extensive updating to a structure that had undergone very little work since original construction probably in the 1960’s. Our situation was complicated by the fact that we were moving here from New England, and could not review the work as it was being done, except for a couple of visits. Masterstouch kept us informed of unexpected problems as they arose, as they always do on renovation projects. Masterstouch was able to identify these problems as they arose, notify us promptly and reach an agreed resolution before the required work was done. Their communications were always good. Their cost estimates were very accurate. The estimated base contract price was within 5% of the actual price charged, and the extra work was within 1%. I practiced law in New England for over 40 years, and a large part of my practice was devoted to representing owners and contractors on construction-related matters, and in the course of that practice dealt with many contractors. Masterstouch definitely falls into the high quality contractor category.”
