“Ilan and Oren are fantastic! We recently bought our first home and wanted to redo the kitchen, refinish the floors and paint the interior before we moved in. Of course there were some unexpected extras that needed to be repaired in the process, but we are very happy with everything they did to help make our house into a home. Ilan answered every single phone call and text message and never made me feel silly for asking a million questions. It's challenging going into something like this without ANY experience or knowledge and not knowing who you can trust. We met with a few other contractors and ultimately decided on South Land because they were straightforward about pricing and timeline, and they do everything by the book--all the work they did was permitted. We will be using them again in the future, without a doubt!”
