Walter expressed concern about poor nature of existing windows and brought the job foreman out on a 2nd visit to make sure the installation would go well. The entire job took 1 1/2 days. The crew arrived on time and worked very neatly. After completion, I noticed I couldn't get 2 of the window locks to lock down, so I called the company and left a voice message. I received a response only 30 min later; and, they sent the crew back out the same day to make the adjustment. - great service! and, we feel the price was very fair!”

Matthias took responsibility from start to finish, in counseling us and determining which door to order, what features we might want, what colors, and how to get it to our home and how to get it installed. It is a Pirnar door, manufactured in Slovenia; and, while it is incredibly beautiful, high class and high tech, it is not something which local contractors know how to install. So, what could have been a very difficult task was made much easier by Matthias. He was extremely available, helpful and can-do, from start to finish, both in the decision and ordering of the unit and in its installation. His judgment was invaluable at every step, and we are delighted with the result. My wife and I recommend him very highly and without reservation.”

“As we were remodeling our entire house, our architect spec'ed a certain brand of doors in his designs. We had 11 interior doors and 5 exterior doors including two sets of specialty french doors. A quick search led us to Pioneer Millwork nearby us so we could go and see a showroom. We were new to all of this and didn't know what we were really doing, but it was very comfortable there and we received personalized service to help us figure everything out over several visits. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that our contractor/builder would have his own set of partners where we would be getting our doors, windows, etc from. And so we didn't end up using Pioneer. But they were the ones who helped us narrow down exactly what we wanted.
I mark off one star only because their prices couldn't compete with those offered from our contractor's. That's partly because Pioneer would have had to custom make a few of the doors and partly because our contractor gets volume discount. Nonetheless, working with Pioneer was a positive experience.”
