“I first hired Garrett earlier this year to paint our kitchen, den and two bedrooms. He did a great job and was a pleasure to work with that we hired him several months later, after the majority of a bathroom renovation was complete, to paint our 2 story foyer, hallways and master bedroom. We also had his team rework some drywall repairs from the contractor that was just not up to par. His team was professional and personable, a fun group to have in your house while working from home during a pandemic. We were pleased with the quality of work and had Garrett send someone out to improve the paint job that was part of the bathroom renovation. A very last minute request that was quickly accommodated. I would highly recommend Simpco if you are looking for quality work, professionalism and a fair price.”

“My wife wanted to redecorate our kitchen and I got nervous on how this would go. Once she started planning, it turned into the dining room as well. We had Tech Painting come in and do wall paper installation and painting and I was very impressed by the quality of the work and the speed in which it was done. Dedication to detail was very impressive. We liked what they did so much we had them to the bathrooms as well.”

“We had a basement flooding problem which required restoration of some insulation; dry wall; painting prime and finished coats; repairing and restoring vanity and commode and installing new vinyl flooring in selected areas of basement. All work was completed very professionally, at reasonable prices and within a reasonable time frame. I highly recommend Fernando and his team for this type of work. If required I will definitely hire him for any other work in future.”
