“Having looked high and low for a contemporary door manufacturer for many many months who had the capability to build a truly bespoke door for our 1960s modernist style house, we were delighted to find Elyzien. We specifically wanted a double door (that is not a normal size, we hasten to add!) that would reference modernist homes of the 50s and 60s whilst looking contemporary. With very little choice on the market, we were impressed with Elyzien's ability to work with us on the design, and excellent proactive service. Elyzien produced some excellent visuals which really showed us how the door would look ahead of the project starting which reassured us of the design. Elyzien are a small team, which makes the service incredibly personal and we felt very much a part of the process from start to end. The door was built to schedule and installed by a very pleasant team, and we are thrilled with the craftmanship on it, the very fine attention to detail in the carpentry and the quality of the fittings. A lot of thought was given to ensuring the stain on the wood was exactly right to the fixtures and fitting in our home. We also love the handle, which was again completely bespoke built and powder coated to match the windows.
