With her expert advice, and experience, Cathy Martin took what could have been a complicated selection process, and made it a breeze. She somehow managed to make it simple and satisfying. Thanks to her, we were able to make our decisions quickly, and we didn’t have to second guess anything later. We had a fairly large construction/renovation project that ended up being divided into three phases. This entailed three visits from their field crew to do the measurements, and three additional visits to do the installations. Each visit had to be carefully coordinated to minimize disruptions to our staff and clients. Thanks to Joanne’s and Cathy’s efforts, and the skill and speed of the installers, everything went off without a hitch.
