“Gladys is a true professional and is the perfect example of great customer service! We love the shutters and blinds we ordered from her, especially the custom shutters for a big arch window in our family room (see photo). We reached out to a few companies when we were searching for shutters and blinds, but Gladys was the most responsive. She also took a lot of time to explain options to us and was very patient when I changed my mind and had to add to the order. The installation crew (Jeff and Jessie) are really nice guys too!”

“Maria is excellent to work with. Her memory for my preferences and with furniture I already have is exemplary. I wanted to mix some favorite Queen Anne cherry pieces with modern, clean lines in the living/dining rooms and the result is stunning! She follows through, is prompt, and is knowledgeable about product and colors. I trust her 'eye' and everything turns out beautifully done. I am working with her on another guest bedroom. “I called Blinds and Designs to come out and provide a bid for shades on a large skylight. We haven't installed them yet because all our bid came back over our budget. Blinds and designs were not the cheapest quote we received, but David, who came out and showed me some options, was very responsive, punctual and communicated well with me via email and phone. I appreciated his professionalism and would consider them again when we get our budget in order.”

“We worked with Carrie Yoshida on 3 separate projects - 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. Each of the projects was completed on time within our budget and handled extremely professionally. We had never done any remodeling and could have easily been overwhelmed. Carrie listened to what we wanted and guided us through the design and material selection making it a smooth and enjoyable process. Her suggestions and recommendations were always on point and took our desires into consideration. I can say that I and my family absolutely love all three rooms, but especially the kitchen. Every little detail was considered from cabinets to pulls. The kitchen is now the center our family life. (Cost is for all three projects)”

“Hendrickson's installed wood shutters in myLR and reupholstered a bargain love seat I purchased at a thrift store. Both things are still in great shape and beautifully done. They also stand behind their products. When my cleaning staff did some minor damage to my wood shutters they came right out and repaired them.”

“Miller Windows is probably the best company we've ever worked with, bar none! We purchased a new house last May, and it needed all of its windows covered. Erez Miller came to our house, measured, gave us some design advice, and showed us multiple options. His prices were surprisingly reasonable. The job was completed before we moved in, and everything was perfectly done--and our house was left spotless too. We are delighted with the shutters and the blinds. They fit perfectly and are quite attractive. Erez is a wonderful person to work with as well. He was fun to talk to, and working with clients is something he clearly enjoys. He called me after we moved in, just to make sure we were happy with the job (and to congratulate us on our move to Sebastopol). My only regret is that we don't have any more windows to cover! I found Miller Windows by accident, but what a happy accident it was! I recommend Miller Windows highly.”

“It was easy to set up an appointment with Valerie and she was very timely. She was also timely with a price quote and accurate with timing the product's arrival. Installation scheduling is prompt. And having worked with Plum Designs and Blinds before, I feel I can trust that installation will be as professional as the rest of the experience. Perfection! My friends who have worked with Plum Designs and Blinds concur. : ) Valerie makes selecting the right window treatment easy and pleasurable! It is an art form the way she smoothly took into account the many details to respond to my personal needs in the setting I have.
