“Stacey did a fantastic job providing custom blinds for bedrooms with only a few days notice. She completed the job with honeycomb blinds for the living area and beautiful custom drapes for the master bedroom. She was very professional and easy to deal with. She recently came back to repair a broken cord more than 4 years after installation.”

“After researching our options for Patio shades/screens we chose Austin Patio and have been pleased ever since. Initially we decided to install a remote controlled roll shade for the west side of the patio only. After about a year we liked the roll shade enough to add 2 more-1 on the north side and 1 on the east side. Now with one remote we can raise and lower each shade individually or together. These shades have kept our attached patio cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter and have helped reduce our energy cost across the board. But the highlight of all of this has been the customer service we have received from the owner, Brad Perkins. Recently we had a corner come loose from the weight bar and it had a 2" tear in it. I called Brad and although it was well out of warranty (8 years), he came out personally, got up on the ladder, repaired the tear, and reinstalled the screen back in the tracks for us! In todays environment, this kind of customer service and going the extra mile is rare. Over the years Brad has always been available to answer all our questions and to help when needed. I highly recommend Brad Perkins and his company Austin Patio.”

“We recently purchased roller shades for our vacation home on Lake Travis through them and would definitely use Interiors Austin/Windowear again. Their recommendations on what color and type of shade to order were spot on. Without that insight, we would have ordered shades that really would have missed the whole point of what we were going for. The ordering process was a piece of cake and our products came in pretty quickly. We love the result!”

“We were in need of an outdoor shade for our backyard in the summer and a way to block the wind in the winter. After much research we hired Mark Lopez to install a remote controlled/motorized unit that has exceeded our expectations. The whole process was quick and professional. The ease in which the shade was ordered and installed was impressive. We have had multiple gatherings since installing the shade and on more than one occasion our quests have been so impressed with the look, ease and functionality, they too have called Mark for their own needs. I have only heard good things with their outcome as well. I wouldn't hesitate to encourage anyone who is looking for a shade that is both functional and attractive to contact Mark and team.”
