Paula assessed the situation and quickly provided coverage with roller blinds that allow me to easily control that problem. They were incredibly helpful in sourcing the parts I needed and, not only that, delivered them right to my door in Sidney (saving me a trip to Colwood) because they were coming out to do house calls in the area anyway. Above and beyond service for what amounted to a $23 sale for them.”
