“Epic completed a full remodel of our home in 2008; the work included everything from floor to ceiling and custom cabinets throughout the house. Our budget was about $250,000, and Epic finished up both on budget and on time. Can't say enough great thing about their exemplary, trustworthy team. We continue to rely on their good taste and professionalism when pursuing new projects from lighting fixtures to modernizing our pool and deck.”

“It was a great pleasure to work with John and Advanced Building. They are incredibly professional, detailed, organized and patient. Everyone on staff provided a very high-quality of service. We had our old house demolished and rebuilt from scratch. 3500 sq ft 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. We have been working with our Designer and Architect for over a year making the house perfect and it was finally time to have it built. We found Advanced Building by recommendation from the designer. It took 9 months for the house to be built. We were part of the process through each step and they kept our family updated with each phase. Great communication. Job sites were always clean, secure and active. Fun for the kids to watch from a distance. We are very happy with the quality of work, craftsmanship quality and highly recommended. We love having parties at the house and enjoying the backyard pool. Showing it off!!”

“This is the 2nd time that I've worked with JR and his team and both times they have exceeded my expectations. I had recently purchased a duplex and needed a full remodel of 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms but with a severely tight budget. JR was able to provide me with various design options so that I can stay within budget without compromising style, quality, and overall craftsmanship. During the project, JR was very attentive to the project and ensured not only that we stay within budget but also that we completed in a timely matter. I highly recommend JR and his team.”

“We have used Turn Key twice, first to re-stucco our house. By nature, stucco is very messy. They did a great job. They were very neat, with great advice before and throughout the project. Our first experience led us to hire them again to remodel our kitchen. There were a couple things we couldn't decide on and Mark recommended a designer. She was great and reasonably priced. After two visits and one shopping trip we were set. The kitchen work was excellent. In fact, when we were dissatisfied with LED lights that "we" requested, Mark came out two weeks later and replaced them at no extra charge. Turn Key will be our first call on our next adventure in re-modeling!”

“I found Cheryl on Instagram and Houzz.com. I liked her work the most and I am glad she had time to start the project as soon as our house closed escrow. We are 95% completed now and I cannot wait to move into the house soon! I like Cheryl’s design mixing with different elements, natural elements, elegant/ dressed up elements, rustic elements, And everything comes out to balance each other. The whole project went very smoothly. Cheryl is very organized with invoices, products picked, communicating through Pinterest.”

VIda was effective in assisting in selection of contractors and vendors, Provided vital, cost effective support in negotiating pricing and delivery schedules. Provided knowledge and support in resolving 'on the spot' build issues and interacting with inspectors. They were readily available by phone and onsite to provide value engineering, advice and finishing details.”

“Elise Blaine Design completed a backyard garage with rooftop deck for us last year, and they were fantastic to work with. We were coming off a disastrous experience with a former contractor who had started the project but had been lying to us about the process and had to be let go. Larry and Dayna stepped in and took over, finishing the project and helping us navigate through all the tricky hurdles the last contractor had left us with. We were especially impressed and grateful for Larry and Dayna's over-communication throughout the project. They finished on time, on budget, and followed through with everything we asked of them.”
