“Custom Home Elements did a great, great job in remodeling my Bathrooms and Front Wheelchair Ram as well as building a Ramp in the rear of my home to accommodate my new Wheelchair Lift. Vic the boss did an excellent job with his drawing and watchful eyes an the entire job. I can't say enough for the crews working for Custom Home Elements as the were tireless and professional through the entire job. Although there were days when the weather did not cooperate, the crews still did what they could inside my home when they could not work outside. Although we had to throw the budget out a bit, Vic stay within the parameters of my wallet. I have recommended this company to my veterans friends who have seen the work done on my home. Otis J. “Enjoying retirement several thousand miles away to a home that has been in our family for many years was a long standing dream of ours. While thrilled when the time came for final preparations in making it a reality, we had the daunting task of finding a general contractor we could trust to oversee extensive quality work on our historic house before our move. It had the original 1928 plumbing and electrical wiring and, in short, required a major overhaul after years of being rented out. We could not possibly have found a better person for the job than Alex Dean. It does not suffice to share that Alex completed the work on time and within budget, which in itself is exceptional. He was hands on every step of the way, and he treated each and every aspect of the renovation with personal care. Alex appreciated the memories held and he worked closely with us in creating modern style and conveniences, while retaining the traditional qualities of a house we hope will stay in our family for many more years to come. We are happy to now be living in our exquisite home, with special thanks to Alex and his outstanding team of professionals with “The Alexander Group.””

“Evolution Design + Build remodeled our master bathroom this past Spring - a complete gut of the old bathroom, down to the studs and sub-floor. The quote we received was very thorough and detailed, all costs were very transparent and easy to understand. The job came in right on budget, with very little in the way of change orders. The crew that was used were all very professional and experienced and the owner (Dean) was here as GC for the job to ensure all work was being completed correctly and as specified. Dean has good contacts at local plumbing, electric, tile and carpentry companies which made the selections process very easy. The final result is amazing! The bathroom looks like it belongs in an architectural magazine - we are very pleased with the high quality of the work and plan to use them again for our other 2 bathrooms.”

My house was very old my plan was to build a new home in this property so I was looking for a builder and I found K-one Corporation. I told them what I want and my budget and they work with me even though ended up pay more money but I love every part of my home.”
