“Let me start out by saying I was extremely nervous and apprehensive about having work done in my apartment..so much so that it took 3 years to actually pull the trigger! But I'm so glad that I finally did, and so thankful that I went with TW2M. Now, I don't have much to compare to, but have heard horror stories about contractors being slimy, dishonest, messing up jobs, etc. Not the case here. Wassim, at TW2M is 100% reliable. He was reachable at any time, and responsive all the time. He assured me that I was in good hands, and there was never any doubt otherwise. The minor hiccups are no more than a few of my items (pictures) being painted on by accident, or a crack in a glass frame, or my measuring tape being misplaced.. really things that in the long run don't affect my judgement, and shouldn't yours either. Simple solution to that is just remove everything/anything from the rooms they're working in. They're really great at what they do, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.. in fact, I most likely will when I'm ready to redo the kitchen!”
