I wouldn’t say the process has been easy but going through the process with Harry who has stuck by our side throughout the difficult ups and downs has made it all the more worth it. The constant nagging from us, the constant out of hours calls to him and his approach to it all has been the same (outstanding) throughout. “The Pro-Build Team did an outstanding job delivering renovation and an extension project for our Grade 2 listed property. The work included re-roofing the property which was done sympathetically and effectively, completely changing the heat retention abilities. In addition and number of activities were done inside (replumbing and secondary glazing) which were done to a very high quality and always within character. The extension was a challenging project as the access is poor and a number of challenges were faced with the weather. Nevertheless the team were always extremely polite, friendly and ready to go the extra step to ensure a great job. The extension was for a kitchen/living area, bedroom, bathroom and laundry plus some outside landscaping. The team delivered on all aspects and exceed our expectations. In addition the collaboration with the planning and conservation teams was first class and made a real difference. We remain extremely pleased with all the work! I would thoroughly recommend the Pro-Build Team for any project you are looking to get done. I hope that they will be back here in the future to do more for us.”

“Our project involved the conversion of a conservatory into a more habitable room with new foundations. a full glass-doored front and Velux windows. Milestone were courteous, prompt and carried out all their pre-planning and construction duties in a very professional and competent manner. They coordinated the work of several trades during the build and were always available to deal with any questions and issues we might have had. The work was completed to time and budget and we are delighted with the result.”

“We had been searching for a while for a company who would not just complete our project but keep us updated and communicate every step of the way, due to past experiences with tradesman who would keep us in the dark. Elliot, communicated with us every step of the way in a professional and friendly manner. Although our project was not massive in size, it was quite complex and needed lots of investigating which is where Josh came in who really helped us in saving parts of kitchen while modernising and replacing other parts.Overall if you are looking for a professional, modern construction company who care so much more than just completing the project as quick as possible and collecting their paycheck then Unity are the company, an incredible job and will definitely use Unity for the rest of our time in Sheffield!”

“Replacing old conservatory for new orangery......A company with the customer at heart. I am so pleased with my beautiful new orangery. From the initial visit right through to completion I was treated so well by everyone. I totally put my trust in the management team. Justin and Joel certainly went that extra mile or two or three....to ensure the design was exactly what I wanted.Simon is an outstanding project manager who kept me informed...and sane at every stage! His work ethos is second to none. Mark, Andy and Slav worked incredibly hard with impeccable standards which is certainly reflected in the finished project. I would highly recommend this team to carry out any building projects and I am reassured to know that if there are any problems in the future I can turn to them and they would gladly rectify. All in all a superb team , under the direction of a fair, friendly and very approachable family business. Thankyou everyone.”

“I have worked with the Stephen Neall Group on two large projects. On both occasions they were extremely professional, always quick to come back with plans and flexible when I made any changes. They are concise about costs and no job is too difficult for them to solve, especially when property renovation may uncover an unexpected problem and that needs solving before things can move forward. They work very well pulling in a team of trusted contractors to work on all aspects of property renovation and all those contractors are really nice people. There were regular and efficient updates right the way through the projects so I never worried whether I needed to chase them on anything. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again in the future if I have any further work I need doing.”

“Graham provided us with a great service which was outlined clearly from the first few meetings we had. The price was agreed at the start and it the payment schedule was clear. As Graham stated the total amount didn't change (with the exception of a couple of things that we chose to add on as extras). Communication was excellent throughout.”
