He's not your standard contractor that just "reads the plans" - he's met multiple times with our architect to go over the details and to offer some really great suggestions. Very impressed with the level of collaboration! 2. He's very conscious of your budget: I've had a lot of ideas for the house. Like most people, we have a budget for this build. Greg has kept me in line whenever I come up with another of my "brilliant" (as in, costly) ideas. What I truly appreciate is that each and every time, he's offered some really great alternative so that I get the look I was going for without breaking the bank. 3. He does quality work: I've seen homes he's completed and they're fantastic. 4. He's a good guy: Even his subcontractors rave about him. We stop by the lot on a regular basis to take pictures of the progress. Most of the time, the subcontractors are there working. Without fail, when we talk to them we hear about how nice a guy Greg is and how much they like working for him. Might be a big part of why his homes turn out so well.
