“We planned a major renovation of our house, requiring removal of many of the main floor structural walls. I met with multiple contractors but ultimately chose Matt and his team, due to their extensive experience and competitive quote. Boy am I glad I did! Matt and his team were professional, on time, and worked within our budget. We changed our minds on a few things as the project went along and Matt quickly adapted to make things work for us. Matt went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final product. Ie There was a post too close to my open-concept kitchen and I asked Matt to move it. Moving it was very difficult as it required creating a new footing in a very tight basement but Matt and his team delivered. I'm very happy with our experience and highly recommend Matt and his team!”

“Our 3,600 Sq. Ft. house burned down but not completely. Suzanne & Ricardo or Built By Pros took on this project re-built our house through all the difficulties of dealing with a house that was mostly, but not completely, burned (e.g.: no roof, soda blasting, etc.). They worked through the winter of 2015/2016 and we got our house back by fall 2016. Thank you Built By Pros”

The project was bid and delivered at the specified price and any extras were related to unforeseen conditions and / or additions to the original scope that we the owner added through the process. The staff was very friendly, safe and considerate to our needs and helped us with schedule and the decision process. “Bravehart Building has done several jobs at my business. After only 1 year in the business' new facility a number of problems arose around the plumbing, unsafe electrical, falling tiles in the steam rooms and rotting doors and HVAC issues. Every professional that Bravehart Building brought into the business did exceptional work. Bill Wallace and Laura Pollard kept a watchful eye on everything and made sure I was pleased. After the experience I had with the first contractor this was a huge relief.”

“Casa built my custom home in mid-town Toronto and did a wonderful job. First off, we are extremely pleased with the workmanship: the design, finish, craftsmanship. They even did a good job dealing with my neighbours. The house looks as new today as when it was built. They were a pleasure to work with from the planning stage all the way through to completion and I would recommend them without reservation.”

“I first saw the Reno Coach signs in our neighbourhood and I was intrigued. We knew we had to do our kitchen but we had not idea where to start; we had never done any renovations before. After having the free consultation with Reiner, it was clear that he knew what he was doing. He got things started with some quotes from contractors who he thought would be good for the job. Reiner does all the things you don’t want to do - he drafts the contracts, ensures work is done on time and makes sure things are done to your specifications. Reiner helped us find the right contractor (they were amazing!), the right cabinet makers (they were also fantastic) and a great place to get our counter tops. We figure the amount of money we spent on Reiner was pretty much made back with the costs we saved on the counter tops alone! We would have never known about this place unless Reiner told us. In the end, the cost of using the Reno Coach was exactly what he said it would be at the initial free consultation. If you are fearful of starting a big renovation project and don’t know where to start, call the Reno Coach. We had such a great experience that we are ready to do the next project!”

We've had 5 separate contractors work on our antique Victorian home over the last 15 years, all engaged to implement modern, state-of-the-art, minimalist/contemporary design directions within our 1896 exterior. Without question -- and by a large margin -- Jack and his colleagues at Golden Bee remain the hands-down winners in every respect. We would be hard-pressed to put our admiration of and appreciation for Jack and Golden Bee into words: they delivered superlative work under or within spitting distance of our budget; there were no surprises on budget or timing; their communication is excellent; their trades are highest quality in performance.
