“Sherlock Homes and other builders originally reached out to me after I purchased my property. The difference was that Sherlock Homes took the time to ask what I expected for the project when I returned correspondence and spent a good quantity of time with me asking questions on the first initial phone call. When I met the Sherlock Homes team at the property, I discovered they had already been there long before the scheduled meeting time to assess project needs and temporarily stake out the property (based upon questions they had asked in prior meetings) so my wife and I could get a better mental picture of the project. That act alone really impressed my wife that Sherlock Homes took the opportunity to show what they could do for us and advise us of any possible issues. In short, they did their homework before our meeting. In every meeting, Miechelle and or Jason took the time to explain the process and thoroughly answer questions at each meeting. They even took us on a tour to a near completed site so that my wife and I could get a better understanding of products used and to see the quality of the workmanship. I would be proud to recommend Sherlock Custom Homes to any person considering a building project.”

“We have worked with Carson Rodgers Builders Remodelers since 1992. we had them help us with a major remodeling in our home in Scottsdale then. We found them to be very professional , friendly and honest. Most recently, 2016, they oversaw the completion of our new home build in Cave Creek Arizona after the original general contractor left the job unfinished with major problems and approximately one hundred and twenty thousand dollars of additional work needing to be done. Working with the register of contractors in Arizona, Carson Rodgers was able to get the job done at no additional cost to us. Carson is incredibly honest, creative, patient and knowledgeable. We trust his judgment completely. We wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend Carson Rodgers and look forward to continuing working with them in the future.”

“My husband and I hired Adrienne to design and implement a whole house remodel. We found her very easy to work with. She listened to our ideas, wants and needs and created a design that suited us perfectly. The project was completed within budget and the scheduled time. She had a great working relationship with all the subcontractors on our job who not only did great work, but were more than willing to please her and go the extra mile when a surprise or two popped up. Through her collaboration with a local artist she created kitchen and family room tiles and a few pieces of furniture that are unique to our house alone. I would highly recommend Adrienne and would definitely hire her again.”

“By Design did a phenomenal job with our remodel and design. We didn't really know what finishes and materials we wanted to use and Briana and Brad were not only knowledgeable but helped us understand the process and what to expect. Not only did they help with the design they were able to model everything in 3D so we could see what our home would look like after. Our expectations were blown out of the water. The project was done on time and on budget, and the finishes were better than we could imagine. I will be using By Design for all my future projects they are the best of the best.”

“This was essentially a gut remodel of a 1900 square foot condominium that is a part time residence for us. My wife and I were very concerned about trying to accomplish the renovation remotely from our full time home. Apollo was one of several general contractors that we interviewed, and I spoke personally with several of Tyler Kestner's references before selecting Apollo. Apollo's clients spoke glowingly about working with Tyler, and I am very happy to say that our experience was equally good. Tyler's budget estimates were very accurate, and the quality of the work was excellent. He had practical suggestions for addressing the few issues that inevitably arise, and he communicated regularly regarding the process and its progress. I have a good deal of experience in homebuilding, having flipped homes and built spec homes as a hobby. We were very lucky to have found Apollo to handle this project for us. My wife and I would give Tyler our highest recommendation on quality, responsiveness, and accuracy.”
