“Work in progress but so far they have cleaned up after their day's work, on schedule with work. The work has not been completed yet so more to come when it is completed. Update: It's month 7 and while initially work went quickly, things slowed down by month 4. Still some minor fixes left. Have to revise my rosy initial review. Overall poor communication between the design specialist and the project manager.”

RCS took the time to understand how we live and our design style to give us a home we could never have imagined on our own. Their research team was able to incorporate a loft overlooking a very functional in-door charcoal grill built into the bar. A fun way to entertain in the winter. The exterior hardscape designers created a soft privacy pool area as well as a dynamic sea wall for our boating friends. I cannot recommend RCS enough. Their talented, hardworking, trustworthy team gave us our dream home on time and in budget. I would highly recommend for any building and remodeling needs.”
