She saved me hours and hours of time researching and discovering the components that turned our 1970's house into a comfortable, inviting, home. Her workers were respectful, accomodating, and easy to get along with, which was important to us as we were living in the house during the remodel. Suzanne was on the job site to make sure every detail was carried out to her vision. Our home remodel was finished on time and within budget. “We have used Turn Key twice, first to re-stucco our house. By nature, stucco is very messy. They did a great job. They were very neat, with great advice before and throughout the project. Our first experience led us to hire them again to remodel our kitchen. There were a couple things we couldn't decide on and Mark recommended a designer. She was great and reasonably priced. After two visits and one shopping trip we were set. The kitchen work was excellent. In fact, when we were dissatisfied with LED lights that "we" requested, Mark came out two weeks later and replaced them at no extra charge. Turn Key will be our first call on our next adventure in re-modeling!”

“Jim is a quality builder with a strong aesthetic sense. And he's willing to move as quickly as possible, which was an important factor in keeping costs down in this inflating economy. He was also very collaborative with us and our design ideas. Put that all together and we highly recommend him. We thought our new house-- a 1950s cottage-- would just need "a bit of work." It turned into a major project. We were so fortunate to have Jim on our side, figuring out ways to deal with each of the unpleasant surprises that were being uncovered-- bearing beams that were cut off so they didn't reach the wall, clogged drain lines, disappearing water lines, a gas line that had no connection to gas, and on and on. Of course, those surprises expanded the budget, but Jim was really focused on keeping these surprise costs under control. The bright spot there was that with each new piece of bad news, Jim was always able to propose a solution aimed at keeping the costs of the fixes as budget-friendly as possible. A bonus to having Jim as our contractor is that he's a skilled wood workers, so the storage benches for both the front and side patios, the mantle, the floating shelves and even the utilitarian storage shelves in the garage were all done by him. We are particularly pleased with the mantle! If you want a quality job, done on time, and to a high standard, he's the guy you want to hire.”
