“Garden State Modular designed and completed our modular home on the Jersey Shore in Lavallette. (Our previous two small bungalows were destroyed by Superstorm Sandy.) We were extremely pleased with their experience, professionalism, and attention to detail in the planning and execution of the job. They worked with us, combining our wishes and ideas, with their experience in modular homes. They handled everything, from obtaining all the necessary permits, to the demolition of the old houses, the driving of the pilings, the assembly of the modular pieces, and the building of the porches and decorative touches in the interior and exterior of the home. The house turned out amazing! Everyone slows down when they pass the house, people take pictures of it, If we are outside or sitting on the porch, passersby stop to complement us on the beautiful job they did.
