“Konstantin built an incredible deck for us. Very complicated and intricate with a hot tub platform 16 feet above ground. Many other contractors looked at the plans and the very difficult site and walked away or gave prices that were so high they were laughable. Not Konstantin. He was calm, professional and built a magnificent deck for us, on time and on budget. He is a true professional who builds a product that both he and the customer can be proud of. We have used him for several other projects, both with the same spectacular results. In addition we have recommended him to some of our friends and they have all received the same results. “From design stage to finish this builder was professional, listened thoughtfully and worked with us until WE were satisfied with the finished work. Several misunderstandings occurred, but they presented no arguments or problems. Items were quickly remover and replaced to our satisfaction. We did not live in the immediate area where our new home was being built but this presented no problem. Emails & phone calls were returned promptly even on weekends. The quality of the materials used was top of the line and the millwork and hardwood is beautifully done. The workmen & women on site were always polite and courteous. Most importantly we had a written finish date in our contract that this fine tuned team came in on time with. It was a pleasure to work with this fine Company. Their reputation is well earned.”

“Kamp built a 2000sf in-law addition onto an existing 3600sf home. They perform much of the work with their own people and manage subs for contracted work. The project came out as good as we had hoped it would. Paul (owner) and Mark (onsite manager) make an excellent team. They listened to our requirements, made helpful suggestions and followed through to assure a quality product. The only thing I would fault them on was scheduling. The project took 6-7 weeks longer than expected. Some of that delay was caused because leads times on some items (cabinets, granite, etc.) were longer than expected and, had we known, we could have made our selections earlier in the process. (We were novices to construction projects and could have benefited from regular schedule reviews.) Overall, it has been a very positive experience and we would certainly recommend KAMP to anyone considering a build or remodel.”
