“David Biek from Arcadea has worked on two projects for us. The first project was restoring a beautiful multi million dollar 4 story grey stone in Chicago. The building was a classic old building in disrepair. David's design work brought the building infastructure into the 21st. century yet he maintained the old world charm. Thanks to the remodel, the building is renting for top dollar. The second project David did for us was some remodleing at our home in Boulder. After the 2013 floods, we had some serious repairs to make on our bottom floor. David redesigned the worst, ugliest bathroom in our home and made it wonderful.The bottom floor has never looked better. You can trust David. He's careful, fair priced, thoughtful, imaginative, and always has good follow through.”

“Robbins Contracting built our home in Berthoud, CO as a spec home. We chose to purchase that home because we fell in love with the open floor plan of the main floor- kitchen and living room space. We also loved the vaulted ceilings and beautiful finishes throughout the home. One think I also really loved about that home is the walk in closets in every room. Our master bath was very beautiful and spacious. The wood trim set the home apart from other new homes we saw.”

“I hired Sharp Design to completely renovate my home. I am an interior designer and very particular. Sharp Design did a phenominal job with structural changes that needed to be made to my home, as well as installation of interior finishes. They built a brand new stairway, cut into a new area of the house, which improved the size and flow of my house. This stairway was finished out to the nines! Since then I have used Sharp Design on my interior projects that involve renovation. I highly recommend their services.”

“From the first meeting with Curtis we knew he was the contractor for us. He is all about meeting code! That was huge for us as we needed to take care of flooring/ceiling issues as well as moving gas and water lines. Of course with any remodel the time frame moved. We gave Curtis our plans and ideas and he came up with some of his own which helped make our basement remodel a huge success! Curtis made sure we were happy with every stage of the project and was in constant communication with us or returned our phone calls, texts or emails promptly. I highly recommend Curtis and his team.”

“I Chose Jonathan and his team because of his professionalism, experience and most importantly trust. I have been an acquaintance of Jonathan's for a long time but never needed his services until we wanted to put a large cover over our back patio and he was the first that I called. The project took time and as we went thru every stage he answered every question I had along with taking care of changes that we made. The price never altered even with delays that I caused. Jonathan and I have become good friends since our project and I often reach out to him for questions and advise and he has always steered me the right way even when it means he will not be doing the job. If you want somebody that will make sure the job is done correctly and somebody you can trust (the biggest factor in his line of work) then choose Artisan Design-Build Corp you will happy you did and you will gain a friend in the process.”
