“Demardi have been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I cannot recommend Anthony, Mick and the team highly enough! Demardi was recommended to me via a number of different, and independent sources to assist me with my home and bathroom renovations, after much searching, looking for the right professionals who I felt I could investment my trust, vision and investment with. “- Exceptional company to use & extremely high-quality outcome. - A stunning contemporary finish, to complement the 100-year-old front of the house & period features. Beautifully crafted. - We greatly valued the highly collaborative nature of the design & build process – allowing for the incorporation of many ideas & selections along the way. - A significant requirement of the brief was to conduct the design & build process whilst allowing us to live at home during the build, which was handled perfectly. - We forged & enjoyed strong working relationships with all tradespeople that were on site for the entire duration of the build. - Extremely trustworthy. “Grollo just built a beautiful home for us. At the beginning,Luo and Ben were very patient to design and explain the concept designs for us. They listened to our needs and put them together into the designs. Jason and Rosanna were very helpful to select all colours and materials. They never rush to finish our meetings and always make sure we were satisfied with the outcomes. All other staff were very friendly and helpful. We've moved in for five months. There were some minor maintenances, they always sent people to us in time and fixed them in a professional way. Ari was a good site manager. We are very happy for all of their work. They are so professional, enthusiasm, listening and responsible. We won't hesitate to recommend Grollo to anyone who wants to build a new home. Look forward to building with you in the near future.”
