“We recently worked with Mike Garza to design and ultimately build our new home. Initially, we worked with him only on the design phase and were amazed at how he was able to take our meager scribbles and drawings of the ideas in our minds, and transform them into a house plan that was exactly what we had envisioned. His understanding of proportion, sight lines and light is exceptional and he was able to incorporate each of those aspects where it mattered most. After leaving a previous contractor in disappointment, we were delighted to know that Elevate Design+Construct would also be able to build our home for us as well. Having confidence in knowing that the architect who designed the house was now going to be building it, we were relieved by how much Mike understood our needs to build a robust house for three small boys and two puppies. “I am a decorator, and met the QM Team through a client! She was downsizing from a 4000 sq ft home to a 1400 sq ft. condo and had asked for help 'editing' things to bring to the new abode. David & Tony did everything from flooring, to tile, paint, new doors...you name it, they did it in this new space...and the client was MORE than pleased! Being a decorator, details mean a great deal to me...and I couldn't be happier with the results! We used the QM Team for a Seattle condo we own, replacing a tired backsplash in the kitchen, re-working a laundry room closet for a new stackable washer/dryer, and re-routing some wiring. All work was completed in a very short period of time (we had appliances being installed!) and to perfection! The price was fair, and competitive with the other two bids I sought. Next was our home, they painted our kitchen cabinets, as well as all of our doors & casings, installed a new marble backsplash, installed new lights, repaired our wood deck & replaced the wood posts with metal...utilizing our same glass to save us a thousand dollars! We would highly recommend David, Tony, Elias & Fabian!”
