“It has been an absolute pleasure to have Claire working on our renovation project. She has a natural talent in interior design and has guided us step by step through the process. Claire instinctively reads a space to identify how to benefit from it the most. We were genuinely unsure of how to make our tired 1920's cottage work for us, but with Claire's calm professional approach and well thought out vision we could then see the potential within our home. A true eureka moment! As well as taking a practical approach to her work Claire is very much a creative at heart, this shows in her designs and navigation of any hiccups which may come along the way. “Tom and his team have been outstanding and so professional from day one. They take the time and care to explain all processes step by step including fee proposals and looking at time lines. They have listened to us patiently and respectfully even when I’ve come put with some crazy ideas but found a solution that was not only pleasing but better than I could have imagined. Will has been brilliant at responding efficiently and immediately no matter how silly the questions they may be, making the team very approachable. He has worked and listened to us and asked all the right questions to find a design that suits our needs but is practical. Both Tom and Will at each point have also kept us advised regarding budget at each step and clear about how the changes we want to make may impact that but more importantly rather than dismissing these ideas, looked for solutions and compromises where necessary which we would be happy with while trying to stay on target budget. We can not recommend them highly enough and have also used the team on much larger projects.”

“EXCELLANCE// is the only word i can say.. I am more than happy with the work i have just had done it started as a small job but i soon found more, i had my main roof ridge tiles redone also my sunroom roof retiled the interior ceiling redone and some AMAZING woodwork they are meticulous in their work a VERY HIGH standard, very tidy courteous good time keepers, they use all good quality materials and i am about to have a large fish pond dug in...i cant recommend them enough!!!!”
