“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

“We are in the process of doing an addition with a new kitchen and dining area. The design is beautiful and all of the employees have been wonderful to work with. Our only complaint is that the project is moving slower than we were told to expect and days have gone by with no progress. We are anxious to finish! Pictures available upon request!”

“New Explode Construction Saved the Project! I don't write many reviews and did so this time because Sebastian Micle, Owner of New Explode Construction, went above and beyond the call of duty. I tried to save money on some electrical work as well as a kitchen & bathroom remodel. The original contractors made many mistakes and left the place a mess. I had a tight deadline and New Explode came in and fixed all the work and then proceeded to perform several other improvements to my condo. Sebastian stands apart from most of the contractors I have worked with because he has the highest integrity and will always give you a fair and honest assessment of the situation. More importantly, his word is his bond and he always stands behind his work. I give him my unconditional recommendation and will be using him for my projects in the future. “I am in the process of building my 3rd home with the Reynolds Group, and am thrilled (once again!) with what they provide. Doug Reynolds is an exceptionally creative architect who is able to transform dreams into reality, and is very responsive to a client's needs and wishes. His Construction Manager is highly organized with a strong attention to detail, who has a natural instinct for helping select the perfect materials and products for the job, is very effective in making things happen, and is a delight to work with. His staff are all extremely professional, helpful, responsive, and really, really nice people. Their ability to meet deadlines and stay on budgets is excellent, and communication is superb. I recommend them highly!”

“Benvenuti and Stein remodeled our kitchen, raised the ceiling in our dining room, and refinished our hardwood floors. Their entire staff is extremely professional, polite, honest, prompt and clean. One of their design professionals, Kris, was assigned to us for the duration of the 3 month project. Weekly meetings took place so that we were always on the same page as to where the project was in terms of completion and whether any issues needed to be resolved. Any issues that did arise were resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Kris spent many hours with us visiting various suppliers (granite countertops, kitchen and door hardware, appliances). Her advice was very helpful. The level of craftsmanship shown by their carpenters (custom-designed and built cabinetry and onsite carpentry for crown-molding, etc.) is amazing. The project was completed on time and we could not be happier with the outcome. We now have a kitchen, dining room, and hardwood floors that we are extremely proud of. The result is absolutely gorgeous. We recommend Benvenuti and Stein in the highest possible terms. They are simply terrific. We look forward to using them again when it comes time to remodel our basement!”
