Alloy continues to help us with new projects involving the house and has been very responsive and helpful with the little post-build issues that have come up over time, notwithstanding the expiry of our New Home Warranty. “We recently took possession of our new home here in Calgary, designed and built by sk2. We have to say we were thoroughly impressed by the overall design where modern architecture has met function. Looking at many places throughout the city, sk2's home struck us as one of the highest build qualities and most innovative designs (forward thinking, clean lines and organic feel, but not so radical that it sacrifices the fundamentals of a highly functional space). The fixtures and interior choices were top knotch, and more importantly we can tell there have been limited compromises in the quality of the structure itself. We also appreciate the attention to detail and additional touches of the latest home technologies (such as including an HRV, toe-vac, water filter, sound systems, cat5e, etc...). Bottom line is we have felt that Kishan and team have made every effort not just to sell a product, but design and build a home that they would be excited and proud to live in themselves.
