“I was introduced to Alex Schenkar after interviewing two other groups for coordination of our project which included. Complete exterior remodel including doors, windows, roof, new 2500 foot hardscape with inset pool/spa, construction of a new covered deck. Early on in our demolition project I had an issue with how our bid was put together. Alex and his wife, joined my wife and I for an evening where he listened openly to our concerns. Helped arrive at a good resolution and allowed us to continue to move forward on a tight and efficient construction schedule. Throughout our project I have thrown him curve balls and he has hit them all.
