“Tom (Resort Construction) has done extensive remodeling projects for five years on my house. I would not use anybody else. His workmanship is excellent and he is reliable and honest. His decades of experience and old-school values are apparent in all that he does. Skills include design, creative solutions, and all facets of construction. He thrives though on beautiful finish work (woodworking, railings, trim, and tile). You won't be disappointed.”

Melton Construction is hands-down the best you will find. They have an exceptional design staff who can merge your style with some of the best products and features out there. The results are stunning. But the best thing about Melton is the way they manage their customers and projects. Deadlines and budgets are met - no kidding! They assign a project manager to each project who meets with you on a regular and frequent basis and makes sure everyone is happy. I would highly recommend Melton Construction!”

“Building a custom home was not something that seemed like a realistic option until we began working with Mitch Goldman and Apex Homes. Our story started with a small piece of land – actually, a side-yard to an existing home – and has ended with a beautiful home in the Highlands. Mitch led the charge, every step of the way. He found the land and worked as our broker, developed a realistic budget, introduced us to a highly regarded architect, managed the city permit process, and of course oversaw the complete build with an “A Team” of subcontractors. We're now in the process of working with Apex a second time around to build another house in Platt Park. Bottom line: Mitch is a true pro. He has a unique ‘sixth sense’ when it comes to real estate and development. Highly recommend.”

“Josh jumped in to rescue me from a nightmare whole-house remodel for an investment property. After months of contractor battles, broken promises, delayed timelines, poor work quality, and permit and inspection issues, Josh jumped in and saved the day. He was immediately on the phone with the city inspectors until he could get answers and scheduled his sub contractors who came out immediately (often same day). They got the work done as promised, the first time, on time, and were fairly priced. Josh got the permits pulled, met the inspectors on site, and worked with them to come up with a plan to fix this disaster of a project. Honestly without his level head and expertise I would have lost my mind. And now the project is valued significantly higher than it would have to begin with because of the fixes he put into place. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. If you’re sick of dealing with dishonest, flaky contractors who do poor work, just save yourself and call Truth!”

“Craig is a custom builder with a creative, problem solving mindset. I met Craig after I had purchased one of his homes in Castle Pines Village from its original owner. There were many homes available to choose from at the time, but this home stood out clearly above the rest because of it’s quality and craftsmanship throughout the unique custom design. Craig was able to create an enclave complete with wet bar, full bathroom, a conference room and office area with two private decks and a garage for my bikes. He was able to surgically remove the roof above the existing 4-car garage and build the new addition into the home so that after completion it looked like it was always part of the original house. It was very important for me to work with the builder who created the extraordinary home I chose, but I was even more impressed when I had the opportunity to work with Craig on my addition. He has an excellent reputation among his homeowners and it was easy to understand why. He was highly recommended to me from one of my fellow executives with Harley who also bought one of Craig’s custom homes in the Village. Craig embodies honesty, quality, creativity and value engineering in a personal builder-client relationship that makes building your custom home an enjoyable journey.”

“We can’t say enough great things about TRAD. To start, we live in a split/bi-level which is not a structure architects always love to work with. We actually talked to several and had plans drawn up with two. TRAD was the first team to truly understand our vision and realize it. They fundamentally changed the personality of our house in a way that we could not envision on our own. We also appreciated TRAD's unique ability to make every aspect of the home functional. In our remodel, we weren't looking for square footage, rather we wanted to make sure every square inch we had was actively used. The TRAD team excels in this area. We truly “live” in every inch of our remodeled home. A few more odds and ends for anyone considering TRAD for their project. Their cabinetry work is stunning! They are true craftsmen. Last but not least - the project management was outstanding. They are your advocates and the voice of reason during the chaos of remodel! This is truly a special firm. We could not be happier!”

“After 15 years of dreaming and speaking with seven contractors over several months, we decided to use Final Touch Construction for a significant remodel of the main floor of our home and have not regretted the decision. My original dream was beyond our budget, but Glen encouraged us to consider options that would incorporate the aspects that were most important. After lengthy conversations, he offered three designs that addressed our budget limitations, included nearly everything that was part of the original vision and, once we made a selection, he was willing to integrate sensible suggestions from us. During construction, we were going to live in the basement with two large dogs so staying on a timeline was a very important measure. Glen estimated 4-5 months and we were moving back upstairs in 4 ½ months! Their crews were considerate and efficient, and diligently cleaned up each day, which given the fact that more than half of the main floor was gutted and reconfigured was amazing. I would recommend Final Touch for your remodel projects without hesitation.”
