“David Biek from Arcadea has worked on two projects for us. The first project was restoring a beautiful multi million dollar 4 story grey stone in Chicago. The building was a classic old building in disrepair. David's design work brought the building infastructure into the 21st. century yet he maintained the old world charm. Thanks to the remodel, the building is renting for top dollar. The second project David did for us was some remodleing at our home in Boulder. After the 2013 floods, we had some serious repairs to make on our bottom floor. David redesigned the worst, ugliest bathroom in our home and made it wonderful.The bottom floor has never looked better. You can trust David. He's careful, fair priced, thoughtful, imaginative, and always has good follow through.”

The remodel included a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, living room, office, stairway, etc. The job included removing walls and adding I-beams, a small addition, cabinetry, and all new surfaces, paint and floors. Overall we were extremely happy with the professionalism and workmanship that Highcraft Builders provided. Our Project Manager, D, was a delight to work with and kept our project on time and within budget. We did go over budget but that was due to my changes and creative additions. Thank you, HighCraft. We also loved the vaulted ceilings and beautiful finishes throughout the home. One think I also really loved about that home is the walk in closets in every room. Our master bath was very beautiful and spacious. The wood trim set the home apart from other new homes we saw.”

“The work that was finished was fine. It took a while for them to finish and there were some mistakes made. And all but a few of the mistakes were corrected. My only advice when working with Hammerskil is that you hold onto some leverage by not paying that last invoice until their work is finished. I made the mistake of paying on time and believing they’d finish anyway.
Update: they saw this review and corrected the remaining problems.”
