He then went out of way to contact the county to make sure what is and is not allowed. Together we finally came up with the design that met all parameters. He then also went out of way to find the best quality/design materials (with intrinsic details) from suppliers at the best price. We later found that he compromised a little too much on his bottom line profits. Overall, an Excellent Job, Theta Homes!”

“Our choice of a contractor to come in and redo our kitchen and master bathroom came down to two candidates. We ultimately went with Teakwood Enterprises, who was slightly more expensive, but WAY worth it. Not only were all of the workers respectful and professional, but a pleasure to talk to! The whole crew was just really nice. And the job lead was incredibly particular about details for the project. He enjoyed design and shared some of his thoughts with us as we were telling him what we wanted done. We quickly learned to trust his judgment with things like tile patterns and layouts. We loved his design ideas and approved all of them. What was cool, though, was we could tell he wasn't being pushy. And none of them came with additional cost - he just wanted the project to look nice. And it does! These guys did amazing work, and we're so happy we chose him.
