“It was a great pleasure to work with John and Advanced Building. They are incredibly professional, detailed, organized and patient. Everyone on staff provided a very high-quality of service. We had our old house demolished and rebuilt from scratch. 3500 sq ft 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. We have been working with our Designer and Architect for over a year making the house perfect and it was finally time to have it built. We found Advanced Building by recommendation from the designer. It took 9 months for the house to be built. We were part of the process through each step and they kept our family updated with each phase. Great communication. Job sites were always clean, secure and active. Fun for the kids to watch from a distance. We are very happy with the quality of work, craftsmanship quality and highly recommended. We love having parties at the house and enjoying the backyard pool. Showing it off!!”

“This is the 2nd time that I've worked with JR and his team and both times they have exceeded my expectations. I had recently purchased a duplex and needed a full remodel of 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms but with a severely tight budget. JR was able to provide me with various design options so that I can stay within budget without compromising style, quality, and overall craftsmanship. During the project, JR was very attentive to the project and ensured not only that we stay within budget but also that we completed in a timely matter. I highly recommend JR and his team.”

“I have hired South Pointe Companies several times, most recently to renovate the outdoor entertainment area behind my house. This is a canyon-side house with terraces. They have revised and enhanced the cobble retaining walls between three terrace levels and planned / executed installation of artificial grass on one of the terrace levels and in the front yard of the house. Great attention to detail and flexible about my key requirements for the work. I will work with them again.”

“These guys are one of the best building and design firms in the industry. They operate under complete transparency and assist in the design process to meet budget. Most experience I've had with designers and architect firms is that they either design your project way out of budget, making it impossible for the builder, or their designs look terrible and they blame it on budget. Not the case with Eddie and his team. Top quality designs that can meet any budget and complete communication that meet expectations every time. I love these guys and have referred everyone I know to them!!”

“I found Cheryl on Instagram and Houzz.com. I liked her work the most and I am glad she had time to start the project as soon as our house closed escrow. We are 95% completed now and I cannot wait to move into the house soon! I like Cheryl’s design mixing with different elements, natural elements, elegant/ dressed up elements, rustic elements, And everything comes out to balance each other. The whole project went very smoothly. Cheryl is very organized with invoices, products picked, communicating through Pinterest.”

Turn Key Remodel

“We have used Turn Key twice, first to re-stucco our house. By nature, stucco is very messy. They did a great job. They were very neat, with great advice before and throughout the project. Our first experience led us to hire them again to remodel our kitchen. There were a couple things we couldn't decide on and Mark recommended a designer. She was great and reasonably priced. After two visits and one shopping trip we were set. The kitchen work was excellent. In fact, when we were dissatisfied with LED lights that "we" requested, Mark came out two weeks later and replaced them at no extra charge. Turn Key will be our first call on our next adventure in re-modeling!”

VIda was effective in assisting in selection of contractors and vendors, Provided vital, cost effective support in negotiating pricing and delivery schedules. Provided knowledge and support in resolving 'on the spot' build issues and interacting with inspectors. They were readily available by phone and onsite to provide value engineering, advice and finishing details.”
