“We contracted with Todd Schulte regarding our upstairs dormer project, which enlarged bedrooms and reconstructed our bathroom. He was responsive and responsible,. We were on a relatively tight budget and Todd was open to thinking through significant issues and allowing us to do some work on our own. We were quite happy with the work done”

“This is our first time using a contractor on a remodel project. We wanted someone local. The team at CASM Contracting did not disappoint. Every person we had contact with was courteous and professional. The owner and the project manager were both patient and thorough in explaining how the process worked. We are very data driven and felt the information was invaluable in working with them. The project was a full bathroom remodel and we are beyond pleased with the outcome. We received several bids and the cost matched the average. We both work from home and the team was timely, clean, and respectful of the noise level. We would recommend James Steele (owner) and CASM Contracting for all your building needs. We hope to use him in the future for additional remodeling on our 1956 Ranch style home.”

“In my capacity as a kitchen and bath designer, I often have the opportunity to supply my clients with names of contractors to interview. I have worked with April Bettinger of Nip Tuck Remodeling many times. We recently finished a kitchen expansion and remodel late in 2012 that turned out beautifully. I like working with Nip Tuck because the company has an extremely high level of customer service and satisfaction. This is so helpful for homeowners who want to stay on time and on budget. And best of all, April develops a detailed project calendar that specifies which trades are doing what work on a daily basis along with stated weekly construction goals. “We demolished our 1950's rambler with daylight basement house down to the foundation and built a 2 story contemporary home. John incorporated our ideas into a unique design that fit our family. A year later we still have people stopping by our house asking where we got the materials and design. Like any big project, not everything went perfectly, but Axiom worked hard to correct any problems.”

“I worked with Bakken Design Build to build a new three-story (attic on the top floor) home and garage from an existing foundation (garage has new foundation poured). The owner, Joel, was insightful during the planning and design phases, taking the time to meet me and discuss any questions or requests I had. He had great ideas and was able to plan well, also having given advice on living areas that I would not have thought about. During construction, the Bakken Design Build staff were very friendly and helpful. There were no problems with me stopping by the project site to asking questions or just checking out the work. Design or material choices were always offered with dollar amounts, preventing surprises. Overall, this company was a pleasure to work with, taking the project from start to completion. I've been living in the home for several months now, and it's a lovely place to be. The design aesthetics often get complements from passerby's and neighbors.”
