“We hired Timberlake to do an extensive renovation of our home in 2009. They were a pleasure to work with during every step of the process. Dave Lunden was honest, very reliable and extremely organized. The project was finished on time and on budget. It progressed exactly as he said that it would with no hidden costs or delays. The Project Manager and all of the subcontractors were a pleasure to deal with on a daily basis. They shared in our enthusiasm, were polite, highly skilled, hard working and responsive. I have spoken with several people who have had extensive renovations done to their home and frequently it was a stressful and unpleasant experience for them. I can honestly say that our experience with Timberlake was the opposite. Since the renovation I have contacted them several times for questions about materials or warranties and they have always responded to my requests immediately. If we were ever to renovate another home we would definitely use Timberlake.”

He was especially helpful in helping me choose a hardwood floor. The way he helped me understand what was best was an art form. He wasn’t pushy, just knowledgeable. They made adjustments for small space misalignments that had not been foreseen, followed through on punch list items and kept costs within the exact range of original quotes. They made sure that I was happy with their work, and I was very pleased!”

“This company is amazing! I hired Four Brothers to remodel my kitchen and two bathrooms, and could not be happier with the final outcome as well as the process. “Construction & remodeling is a big business. There are many small & large companies competing in the field. What stand out about SB was 1- their estimates were very close to the actual cost, 2- they did the job on time & 3- they made no excuses like lots of others I have seen because they didn’t need to. Professional staff with great service. I do recommend them for anybody looking to do work on their homes.”

“After meeting Nicole, I realized that I’ve watched to much HGTV. It takes longer than an hour to put a large addition onto your 81 year old home. Nicole has a great sense of style. Nicole’s suggestions were on point and she was very patient explaining everything to my 80 year old mother. The project took longer than expected due to COVID but the end result was worth the wait. I would definitely recommend NGAGE Properties Group for any home improvement or design project. This is my second home requiring renovations. Her work and customer service is phenomenal; 2nd to none.”

“We can't say enough about Michael Sauri and his crew at TriVistaUSA. Our remodel was rather extensive, adding to and changing over 75% of our house. TriVistaUSA reworked our kitchen and sunroom into a massive greatroom/kitchen, moved the deck, turned our old deck into my office, and added a master suite downstairs among other things. We had begun the construction with a different contractor who turned out to be a crook. He abandoned our project in massive disarray, no roof, walls open to the elements and a heap of trash filling the back yard. Michael came in and put us back together. Not only did TriVistaUSA complete our dream home on schedule and on budget, but they did this after having to clean up, assess and repair the mess left behind by the prior contractor. Through all of that, one of my favorite things about TriVistaUSA was how willing they were not just to offer suggestions for design and construction, but to listen to our ideas - to find out who we were and what we wanted in a home. I can’t imagine having achieved that without them. Love love love us some TriVistaUSA.”
