“Demardi have been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I cannot recommend Anthony, Mick and the team highly enough! Demardi was recommended to me via a number of different, and independent sources to assist me with my home and bathroom renovations, after much searching, looking for the right professionals who I felt I could investment my trust, vision and investment with. Over the preceding year and a half, I had sought guidance, feedback and pricing from a number of different sources, with whom I felt I was not able to build trust or rapport with as I was able to with the team at Demardi, who were patient, absolutely invested in the vision and outcomes down to the tiniest of detail and refinement, taking great pride in their work, the outcomes, and my needs as customer and client. They were reliable, followed up and researched as need be and as promised, met expectations, and made sure both their and my expectations were met from a quality, vision, and cost perspective, consulting and keeping me informed every step of the way. “We cannot thank Mike and his team enough. They have totally transformed our home from run down and tired to bright and inviting. His staff were meticulous in their work and kept my husband and I up to date on how the job was tracking. The house was always kept clean and tidied at the end of every day. The new design of our Bathroom and Ensuite were amazing and the final product looked exactly like the 3D drawings by the design girls! Repainting the entire home has made such a difference and makes every room feel so much bigger. We couldn’t be more happy with MJ Harris and would recommend them to anyone looking to renovate.”

“Other than the normal hiccups associated with a renovation I couldn't fault this business. We needed more room for our growing family but didn't want to leave our current home. We added 2 modules to our Victorian semi detached home and couldn't be happier. We have ticked the environmental boxes as this company has an exceptional rating for this. The work was done quickly compared to a traditional renovation too. The job went over budget by 10% which from what I hear is about normal! Even though it was a quick job there were a couple of deadlines that were missed but eventually, we were very pleased with the final result. We were out of our home for just over 3 months.”

“Grollo just built a beautiful home for us. At the beginning,Luo and Ben were very patient to design and explain the concept designs for us. They listened to our needs and put them together into the designs. Jason and Rosanna were very helpful to select all colours and materials. They never rush to finish our meetings and always make sure we were satisfied with the outcomes. All other staff were very friendly and helpful. We've moved in for five months. There were some minor maintenances, they always sent people to us in time and fixed them in a professional way. Ari was a good site manager. We are very happy for all of their work. They are so professional, enthusiasm, listening and responsible. We won't hesitate to recommend Grollo to anyone who wants to build a new home. Look forward to building with you in the near future.”

“Farside made our house renovation possible, coming up with a design, guiding it into reality through drafting, town planning and then the build itself - all in a remarkably short space of time. Chris and Agata have a quality-focused approach, helping us choose elements that gave the build a touch of luxury without sacrificing the budget. And their dedication to sticking to the budget is awesome - it's so easy to go over budget with the many small choices that ultimately add up to a blowout - but our build remained almost exactly to what the original building budget was forecast to be. We can't recommend Farside highly enough.”
