He made it happen. Thinking back, we are not sure using our own guys are the best ideas. He was the I charge of the quotes verifying, making sure we are getting competitive quotes. All the quotes are transparent. He also smoothies out tasks between contractors. He enjoys what he does. “J. Pallen & Son's Construction were very professional, organized and detail-oriented while building our custom dream home. They worked with us from the initial design process to completion. They were always quick to respond to questions and were extremely knowledgable in all aspects of home design and construction including the latest technology, such as Insulated Concrete Form ( ICF ) foundations and Energy Efficient materials. They were innovative to accommodate special features in our home, such creating a niche in our kitchen cabinet wall that allowed a full size 36" fridge to appear as a counter depth fridge as well as a two-sided fireplace in the Master Suite that could be enjoyed while in the soaker tub. J. Pallen & Son's also designed into our home the ability to have wheelchair accessible features such as a rough-in for an elevator and a barrier free roll-in shower should the need arise.
