We have been working with our Designer and Architect for over a year making the house perfect and it was finally time to have it built. We found Advanced Building by recommendation from the designer. It took 9 months for the house to be built. We were part of the process through each step and they kept our family updated with each phase. Great communication. “Ronnie Gor was the designer for our major remodel project in Tarzana, CA. The work covered a complete remodel of a 70 year-old, ranch-style home and construction of an attached ADU. There are inherent challenges in adding to an older home and creating a seamless whole. Ronnie was up to the task. and willingly worked with our own (me and husband) creative vision through the process. Aside from an overall look and flow, the house could have no unnecessary elevation changes, and no obvious distinction between the old and the new.
