Chris and Maria were great with walking us through the process, suggesting and working with us to get the customizations we wanted, and managing the whole process with the highest quality. Two years later, we still love the end result and are planning our next project with them.”

“I highly recommend Innovative Design Concepts for any organization or individual seeking outstanding architectural/design services. Our organization worked with Chris over a three year period to design a major renovation to our structure which was over 60 years old and was severely outdated. Chris worked with us to prepare a new site plan, exterior elevations, and floor plan, including a 2D color rendering of the project. Throughout our engagement with Chris, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in addressing our concerns and some of the constraints of our project (space, cost). He came to us with creative solutions and ultimately the final product was visually stunning and exactly what we needed from a functional perspective. We also found Chris and his colleagues to be extremely responsive to our questions and needs, and very open to our feedback. “The kitchen Bogdan created for us is the prettiest kitchen I have ever had. I just pinch myself that it is ours, and that I get to cook in it every day. We live in a 1902s vintage condominium that has some beautiful details, and he created a kitchen as gracious as the property deserves. He helped us with the design, he listened to our wants and needs and helped us find the finishes, and even when he ran into a challenge (every single wall was cement) he never made us feel like anything was a problem. As we changed our mind on things, and added on air conditioning, and then a bathroom redo, he kindly performed beautiful work. His team was wonderful to have in our home- even taking care of our elderly dog when he needed it. This was just all so.....easy. And the results so beautiful. As Bogdan once told us, being good isn't enough. He wanted the work he did to be perfect. And we think it is.”

“I used Emory and his team to renovate my condo, with the majority of the work in the kitchen, master and guest bathrooms. They were wonderful, professional, and exceeded my expectations. They were clean, courteous, and done on time and on budget, consulting me with any major issues that arose and used their professional judgement for the rest. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would use them again for future projects.”
