“I purchased a condo from Emmer Development in an existing subdivision. They were very understanding when I wished to make changes with the model design that worked better for my lifestyle. They even helped me with the design of the changes I wished to make. The cost of the condo and of the changes i made was always accurate. The two minor issues I had were readily resolved with little inconvenience and no cost to me. Prior to buying my condo, I had built a home that was twice as big and cost twice as much. I can honestly say the quality of my condo is much better than the home I built. Emmer employees stayed on time during the building process.”
