“Building our home with Rick Batton and his staff was nothing but fun from start to finish. Rick and his son Kyle are very talented craftsmen and made the entire experience a pleasure. They were always patient and kind and all of the men were mannerly and caring. Before we hired the company, we spoke with families for whom Batton and Son had built and without exception they said that it was a wonderful experience and we would agree. We started the project as client and builder and finished a year later as friends.”

“After interviewing many contractors, we selected Rick Oliver and Signature Dream Homes for our complete kitchen gut/remodel. It involved lots of tricky aspects due to the age of the house, but his team of professionals handled it all with no problem. We are delighted with the results and always get compliments whenever someone visits. Best of all, Rick is honest. despite facing hidden hurdles in the job, he never tried to rip us off with "change orders." You can trust him to do a great job at the price he quotes.”

It's actually an honor to be able to review this company. Even after moving out of the area, I still rely on this company, specifically award-winning Polly Bart, as a resource for knowing the best and latest practices of green construction and building. As a web designer, I had the joy of being asked to build the www.greenbuilders.com website. Talk about pressure! I wanted to make sure the website was an extension of this amazing company. “"Open-book" contractor, proving high-quality results and creative solutions to the challenges of new home construction. We retained Kevin and his team to demolish a waterfront cottage and rebuild on the same footprint as required by county building restrictions. Kevin worked with us through the permitting process to ensure building and environmental requirements were met. We obtained our plan from the Internet before finding Kevin and were not using an architect for the project. From our first meeting, Kevin was sensitive to our budget needs and provided insightful design suggestions to enhance our project. Kevin has been a pleasure to work with. The open-book contract has made it easy to evaluate the many decision trade offs of the new construction process, and keep us on budget.”
